was wenn man etwas gut macht und es gar nicht weiß? Oder denkt man macht etwas gutes und bewirkt in wirklichkeit etwas anderes?
Wie schrecklich, wenn man nicht eine ehrliche Rückmeldung über seine Leistung bekommt.

Coaching
Ebenso bitte ich jeden, den ich durch Coachings, Supervisionen und Gespräche begleitet habe mich und meine Arbeit zu bewerten.
Auftraggeber
Das die Coachees und Teilnehmer mit der Arbeit zufrieden sind ist das eine. Der Auftraggeber hat natürlich auch eine eigene Sicht auf die Leistung eines Trainers und Coaches. Ich freue mich auch über Ihre Bewertungen!
